Pretty Is As Pretty Does
Recovered emotional and binge eater Sami Snow offers her experience in overcoming the powerful voice in her head to go eat some more. Her weight loss journey unknowingly turned into a self love journey and setting standards for the way she lives her life. Healing her relationship with food and progressing her fitness goals in the gym have increased her self confidence, as she started doing the things she said she would do. Showing up for herself and keeping her commitments allows her to become the woman she's always wanted to be. What she didn't realize on all the other weight loss journeys, is that you have to change your mindset-and the habits you create are ones you'll want to enjoy as you're creating them for the sustainable future. Leaving behind the bloating, bingeing, shame, guilt, and sickness she felt in her own body; she is now enjoying the body she is in while expressing gratitude for all that her body allows her to do for herself. Since she has discovered how GOOD she can feel in her own skin, she wants to empower other women to do the same.

098 The COST Of Your *INCONSISTENCY* & How to Close the Gap to Get Back on Track
🎙️ Episode 98: The Cost of Your Inconsistency
In this episode of Pretty Is As Pretty Does, Sami opens up about the real cost of inconsistency-and it’s not just about missing workouts or going off track with nutrition. The biggest cost is losing trust in yourself.
Since hiring her coach in May, Sami has been more consistent than ever. She’s down 17 pounds, has completely reshaped her body through fat loss and muscle gain, and is stronger in the gym than she’s ever been. But she also shares the reality of an “off” week—where sleep was inconsistent, routines slipped, and preparation wasn’t there.
Instead of seeing inconsistency as failure, Sami reframes it as perspective. One week off track doesn’t undo several months of progress. The real goal isn’t perfection—it’s learning to close the gap on how quickly you get back on track. For many women, inconsistency leads to giving up altogether and waiting for the next Monday or New Year’s resolution. But true success comes when you master the art of recommitting right away.
This conversation will inspire you to embrace discipline as self-respect, find balance when life isn’t perfect, and start treating yourself pretty by showing up consistently for the woman you want to become.
